At Carlambroeus, respect for nature and the seasons is fundamental: only ingredients that follow the rhythms of the sun and the changing seasons are used in the dishes, ensuring freshness and quality in every course.

Winery

The Carlambroeus cellar combines the tradition of Luigi Mapelli and the freshness of maître Bruno Torturo, who will guide the choice of wine. The wine list is dynamic, constantly seeking the perfect pairing with chef Nicole Cord's dishes.

Traditional wines and wines all to be discovered in the cellar, which is the right location for private tastings or by reservation.
